Do the prices on the website include branding?
Due to the wide variety of branding options, product prices do not include the cost of printing or personalization. We provide a separate, detailed quote for branding based on your specific logo, text, or design. The costs depend on the branding technique, which is determined by the material of the gift, plus the number and size of the print. Our quotes include both individual and total branding costs so that every detail is transparent — no hidden fees.
What are your payment terms?
Our quotes include detailed information on payment methods and terms. Typically, items can be picked up at our office after cash payment or upon presenting proof of bank transfer.
Is delivery included in the product prices?
- For orders over EUR 500 (net), we deliver nationwide within Hungary.
For smaller orders, delivery is a separate service and quoted accordingly. If you request delivery in your quote, the delivery fees will be included. For current delivery rates, please contact our team.
How much does branding cost?
Branding costs depend on the size and number of colors in your logo. Send us your logo/text and let us know which product(s) you'd like to brand — we’ll send a complete, itemized quote, including a digital mock-up.
How long is the production time for branded business gifts?
- From local stock: 5–7 business days.
- From international stock: additional 10–15 business days may apply.
Our offer always includes the estimated production, branding, and delivery time for the selected item. Please note: during peak seasons, lead times may increase.
What does “number of colors” mean in terms of logos?
Printed logos can consist of one or several spot (direct) colors. If the print resembles a photo, then a CMYK 4-color process is used. Some products (like pens) can support up to 4 spot colors or CMYK, while others might only allow 1–2 colors. Each product listing in our catalog includes branding options and color limitations.
What is a Pantone color code?
Pantone codes are standardized color references used in printing to ensure color consistency. For example, Pantone 185 is the classic “Coca-Cola red.” In branded merchandise, Pantone codes are essential to match your corporate identity across various materials.
What’s the difference between 4C/CMYK and spot color printing?
- 4C (CMYK) uses four colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) to reproduce photo-like images or gradients.
- Spot color printing uses pre-mixed solid colors that do not blend. These are often used for logos with clear, separate colors and no gradients.
What is a “white underlay” (base print) and why is it needed?
When printing on colored or dark surfaces, a white underlay is required to maintain the intended colors. Think of printing a photo on colored paper — the base color affects the print. The white underlay acts as a hidden foundation that ensures accurate color reproduction on your promotional product.
What is the quality of your business gifts?
We offer a wide range of quality levels:

- High-end corporate gifts are reserved for premium occasions and VIP clients — no compromises, only the best materials and finish.
Can I place a reorder of previously branded products?
Yes. Reordering means producing the same branded item without changes. In most cases, setup costs are reduced (usually 50%) since films and printing plates are already available. However, branding still requires preparation — especially in screen printing, where screens have a limited lifespan and may need replacement. Overall, reorders are quicker and more cost-efficient than the first production.
Can I request a sample before placing a full order?
Yes, we offer product samples upon request, however the circumstances are not easy - you are coming to Hungary, and the probably there won't be enough time for checking the samples and do the branding as it takes several days. You should trust in our profficiency, experience as we will tell you if the products you've chosen are proper for you level of needs or not.
Unboubtly, in 99,9% of cases, a branded digital mockup with the logo and product details are way enough to make your decision.
If you have time to check the samples (3-5 days extra), we are happy to provide you; unprinted or printed samples, however a sample fee may apply.

What branding methods are available?

Can I upload my logo during the quote request?
Yes, during the quote request process, you can upload your logo or artwork files. This helps us provide an accurate price estimate and prepare a free digital mock-up for you.
If you have more than one file, please use compression (.zip, .rar, etc...), as there is only one file upload option during the Request a Quote process.

We keep you updated at every step of the process. You’ll receive notifications when your order enters production, once it's completed, and when it's ready for pick-up or delivery.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, most of our items have a minimum order quantity, which varies depending on the product type and branding method. The MOQ will always be clearly indicated in your personalized quote. The MOQ is usually 25 pieces/product/print.

Preferred File Formats
Please provide your logo or design in vector format with all fonts converted to outlines/curves. Accepted file types:

Color Specifications
Designs must be set using the Pantone Solid Coated color system to ensure accurate color matching during the branding process. If Pantone codes are not provided, color accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
CMYK Raster Graphics
If you are submitting a raster-based design (e.g., photo or 4-color CMYK print), the resolution must be at least 300 dpi at actual print size.
Multiple Files or Supporting Documents
As the Request a Quote form allows uploading only one file, please compress multiple files into a single
.zip or .rar archive before uploading.For very large files, we recommend using a secure third-party file sharing service such as WeTransfer, and include the download link in the message field of your quote request.
Brand Guidelines (if available)
If your company has a brand manual, style guide, or any document outlining the correct use of your visual identity, please include it along with your artwork. This helps us maintain consistency and adhere to your branding standards across all items.
